Brisbane’s most anticipated light show returns for its ninth year this November, and it’s slew of Up Late showings are shaping up to be the perfect afterhours plans for a dazzling night out under the stars.
The Enchanted Garden will once again bring Roma Street Parkland to life with tens of thousands of lights sprinkled like fairy dust across an expansive 22,000 square metres for you to explore.
Expect a true feast for the senses with incredible projections, LED tubes, lasers, and specially crafted soundscapes to complete the experience.
Kicking off on 22 November and running through until 21 December, this immersive experience is the perfect way to soak up some festive fun this silly season, and not an inflatable Santa in sight.
Up Late, After Dark
With a range of session types available, everyone can experience the magic of The Enchanted Garden this festive season. Early bird sessions start from 6.30pm, and are perfect for families with young ones looking to explore while the sun sets across Brisbane.
Standard sessions start from 7.30pm - 8.15pm, so you can dip off to dinner with the crew afterwards. And for anyone looking for a low-sensory experience, there are modified sessions with reduced capacity running on Tuesday and Wednesdays at 6.30pm.
If you’ve already got date night dinner plans locked in, opt for a ticket to one of the Up Late sessions running from 8.30pm to 9.15pm nightly, and experience the magic of The Enchanted Garden once the sun has well and truly gone to bed.
Snack And Sip At Sunset
As if creating an entire immersive world for you to enjoy wasn’t enough, The Enchanted Garden has taken the legwork out of planning date night, with food, booze and live music on offer every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night across the four-week run.
Head down to Celebration Lawn before your Up Late booking from 5.15pm onwards, and get comfy on the grass with local food trucks and music while the sun sets around you.
