Brooki Bakehouse Gold Coast
Brisbane's viral cookie bakery Brooki Bakehouse is heading south, officially opening its first Gold Coast location at Pacific Fair on Saturday 28 June from 9am, just in time for the July school holidays.
Known for its mega NYC-style cookies, cupcakes and seriously Instagrammable desserts, Brooki has become somewhat of an icon, drawing lines down Bakery Lane in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Now, the brand is expanding with a Gold Coast debut in one of Australia’s most popular shopping destinations.
Expect all the signature treats and cookie flavours you know and love to be on the menu, and on the opening day you can score giveaways for the first 100 customers in line and meet and greets with Brooke Bellamy from 9am to 11am.
Owner of Brooki Bakehouse, Brooke Bellamy, says that many tourists and locals on the Gold Coast often travel to Brisbane just to visit the bakehouse, and now they’ll be able to get their cookie fix closer to home.
Despite recent plagiarism allegations, with Pacific Fair’s buzzing mix of tourists and locals, and cookie-fuelled hype already building, this new spot is shaping up to be a smash hit.
Brooki Bakehouse is also slated to open a Westfield Mt Gravatt kiosk shortly.
