Taking a fresh approach, Cafe Catalina revamps the classic Aussie favourite smashed avo by pairing it with eggs, lime, braised cherry tomatoes, dukkah and bleeding heart radish to bring an explosion of flavour to your morning. 

If early mornings aren't your thing, delve into the sea for lunch with Cafe Catalinas mouthwatering crispy Balmain bug roll on a toasted milk bun paired with baby gem lettuce, cured fennel and preserved chilli kewpie mayo. 

Dining by the water has Gold Coast written all over it and Cafe Catalina’s dinner menu has got you covered. A mouth watering experience is on the cards with the crowd favourite braised beef cheek bourguignon with roast garlic mash, pancetta, mushrooms and onions. While you're indulging, sample the orange crème brulee with mascarpone and a chocolate wafer to cleanse the palate and finish off the relaxed dining experience.
