Need to Know

  • Love the View

Cooly Breeze has just unveiled the rooftop's refined makeover and it makes the already stunning panoramic views even better.

The transformed rooftop is an ode to Mediterranean coastal elegance with warm, natural textures and ambient lighting across the new furnishings and revised layout—designed to maximise the stunning panoramic views. It’s more sophisticated than ever before, while still being a destination where you can relax with a signature cocktail in hand.

Every detail has been elevated, including the menu. With a special focus on premium local produce and seafood, expect dishes that seamlessly pair with a little sea salt on the breeze like butter-boached Moreton Bay bug rolls, charcoal grilled octopus served with ‘nduja and sauteed potato, and a long-standing favourite: the bugs and prawn linguine. We also have to shout out the wagyu sirloin, accompanied by wild mushroom and truffle risotto, manchego and beef jus for a heartier meal that still captures Cooly Breeze’s new-found poise.

The beverage offering has also evolved significantly with a more expansive wine program to suit all tastes and occasions. An in-house sommelier has joined the rooftop to matchmake you with your perfect drop, across luxury labels, exceptional Champagnes, prestigious reds and approachable options. Plus, skim the cocktail list and you’ll now find top-shelf spirits in the mix like Don Julio 1942 Tequila, Ron Zacapa Rum and HIbiki Japanese Whisky.

“Since reopening, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the support from both locals and visitors,” said owner and director Marcondes Almeida Neto. “Our goal has always been to create memorable dining experiences through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and one of the most beautiful rooftop settings on the Southern Gold Coast. We’re excited to continue welcoming guests to experience the new era of Cooly Breeze.”
