This little slice of France is quaintly nestled in Chevron Island, attracting both locals and visitors alike, and it's not difficult to see why. Everything Dipcro touches turns to flaky, golden goodness, whether it’s a classic pain au chocolat or one of their signature Dipcro dippable croissants, all made with ingredients sourced all the way from Europe. It doesn’t get much better than French butter.

Their elevated menu beckons you back time and again, with their consistent options alongside their monthly specials. One visit, you're savouring a decadent matcha mille feuille; the next, indulging in a hazelnut praline crombolini. Not familiar with a crombolini? It's a jaw-dropping croissant roll, infused with decadent hazelnut praline, enveloped in creamy milk chocolate, and sprinkled with toasted hazelnuts. Oof.

What sets Dipcro apart is the harmony of flavours in each treat—they’re neither too sweet nor too strong, creating a unique and nuanced flavour profile that is a testament to their creator's skill.

Not only does Dipcro produce some of the best pastries on the Gold Coast, they also accompany them with incredible coffee, authentic matcha, and rich hot chocolates, the likes of which will have you eating your croissant like a true Parisian—torn and dipped in your delicious beverage.

And don’t worry, we won’t judge you for double dipping your “Dipscotti”, the signature dipping biscotti that accompanies your Dipcro. You’ll likely find us there doing the exact same thing.
