If there's one thing the Gold Coast is never short on, it’s breweries. But one thing she hasn’t seen before is a seltzer brewery. In fact, no one has. The world’s first immersive hard seltzer brewery has hit the Gold Coast and we’re ready for the fizz-tivities to begin.

Hard FIZZ has just cracked open its new FIZZ HQ in the burgeoning creative district of Miami, serving up its delicious range of seltzer on tap to hordes of thirsty patrons. In case you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard of the sparkling alcoholic goodness that is FIZZ, Hard FIZZ is a Gold Coast-based hard seltzer brand owned by a motley crew of Gold Coast locals, including international DJs Fisher, Brooke Evers and Tigerlily. It’s a pretty epic brand that combines the founders’ passion for music, surfing and having a good time, creating a flavour-poppin’ bevvie that's aligned with our laidback Gold Coast culture.

FIZZ HQ will be pouring a rotating series of exclusive FIZZ flavours, as well as the fan favourites like pineapple and agave and orange and mango. The iconic Mr Consistent will also be on tap and they’ll be slinging up a range of Gold Coast beers and artisan spirits. No matter what tipple you fancy, you’re covered here. If you’re feeling cheeky, order one of the Fizz Bowls, which is essentially a fishbowl of alcoholic deliciousness. It’s designed to be shared, but we won’t judge.

Of course, you need some nibbles to soak up the booze, and you’re spoiled with summertime options like poke bowls, bao buns and share platters. The team behind FIZZ is all about supporting up and coming artists, and will be showcasing a lineup of local DJs who will keep the vibes going all night long.
