The swanky restaurant and wine bar comes to us care of chef Jayden Barker and his father Andrew, the duo behind Nero Dining Room in Broadbeach.
The 70-seat space is airy yet intimate, with polished concrete floors, a plush banquette setting, rose gold accents, moody pendant lights, thoughtful hanging greenery and a chic copper bar. Perhaps the best part, however, is the wine wall that boasts their extensive collection of tipples.
Those looking for a quick cocktail and a few snacks can pull up a chair at the bar and chat with bartender-slash-magician, Sam, while for bigger groups there’s a selection of high tables. If you’re after a longer, boozy lunch or dinner (an excellent choice) sink into one the corner booths finished with blonde timber tables.
The menu at Frederick's is a mix of modern Australian with touches of Asian influence. The dishes are seasonal so you can expect a new surprise with every visit.
