The Verdict

Burleigh fave Harry’s Steak Bistro and Bar in Burleigh, known for their great service and excellent steak has converted part of the restaurant into a 70-seat specialised sports bar.

You won’t find plastic chairs or a TAB here, the fit-out is just as sleek as the restaurant with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors and touches of dark leather. There’s thoughtful memorabilia dotted around the venue, paying homage to the greats of sport such as Sir Donald Bradman, Jordan, Greg Norman Joe Montana, Wally Lewis and Cathy Freeman to name a few. 

For your viewing pleasure, there’s five flat screens playing events from the NBA, NFL, AFL, Rugby League and World Surfing League.

And because no good game of sport can be properly enjoyed without snacks, Harry’s Sports Bar have their own menu; featuring the infamous Harry’s chicken wings, as well as calamari, fried pickles and moreish three cheese and artichoke dip. Plus daily food specials.
