The Verdict

Serving up Byron Bay’s Marvell Street beans and a menu full of spray free and locally sourced ingredients, Highline in Palm Beach is an absolute must-do. 

Expect dishes such as avocado on rye with green humus, labneh and za’tar, Japanese pork curry jaffles with mozzarella, and oh so pretty buckwheat waffles with strawberries, plum, coconut and cacao. 

The space, which was formerly Barefoot Barista (it's just moved across the road) is light and airy with crisp white walls, blonde timber and touches of pale pink. There's seating out the front and inside with plans to expand the space in the near future.
