Hotel Jardin

A three-storey dining and entertainment venue is slated to open in Surfers Paradise this November, with a glam piano bar, pan-Asian restaurant and soon-to-launch rooftop bar.

The hotly anticipated Hotel Jardin in Chevron Renaissance will open its Lobby Bar, level-one Piano Bar and SABA Kitchen from 21 November—just in time for summer soirées.

Executive Chef Minh Le will lead SABA Kitchen, a modern pan-Asian restaurant with a playful, spice-driven menu featuring the likes of robata-grilled skewers, yuzu-kissed sashimi and duck glazed with honey.

When the sun goes down, the Piano Bar will light up. Think: moody lighting, a baby grand at centre stage and a late-night vibe that levels up with live performances on Thursday and Friday nights. 

Stage Two of Hotel Jardin will follow in early 2026, with the opening of the rooftop venue that's set to be in hot demand.

As General Manager Aurelien Ducroux puts it, “Hotel Jardin is all about incredible food, great drinks and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s an exciting, new type of entertainment hub to have on the Gold Coast.” He adds, “When the rooftop opens in early 2026, it’s going to add a whole new level of experience to Hotel Jardin and redefine the way people experience dining and entertainment here.”

With a variety of spaces designed for everything from corporate sessions to intimate celebration and large-scale events, Hotel Jardin might just be Surfers Paradise’s new go-to destination. Champagne at the ready.
