Las Palmas is Palm Beach’s hottest new thing, bringing you flavours from across Latin America, crafted cocktails and a dreamy venue perfect for those hot summer days. The share-style menu  dishes up a sumptuous array of Latin American bites designed to be shared with family and friends. 

Seafood takes centre stage, with signature dishes like king prawn antichucho and tuna tartare or dig into other delectable dishes like haloumi-stuffed empanadas and roasted cauliflower with miso butter and cashew cream. 

The extensive drinks list is not to be scoffed at and showcases Australian ingredients with tempting tipples like the Tiki Bastard, muddling pineapple, basil, coconut, orgeat, amaretto and rum. Branch out and sample Latin American flavours such as the Tropical Storm, with lime, coconut, pineapple, rum and green chartreuse or be spoilt for choice with a range of Australian craft beers. 

If this isn’t enough to convince you yet, Las Palmas is the lovechild of the geniuses behind Byron Bay’s The Mez Club, Executive chef Dayron Concepcion and mixologist Jeff Meeker so you know something special is a-brewin.
