Landing in Holmview and building on the success of Merse Wellness's OG Brisbane location, here you can soak, steam, float and cold plunge to your heart’s content, in a state-of-the-art facility focused on holistic wellbeing.
Inside the tranquil, indoor space you’ll find a number of heated spa pools and cold plunge pools at varying temperatures surrounded by greenery and seating areas. It’s not just the spas that will leave you feeling relaxed—just the stunning interiors themselves are an oasis of calm.
Once you’ve had a long soak (or an invigorating contrast therapy session—you do you) you can hit the traditional saunas, magnesium float pools, compression therapy room or book in for a massage.
A casual one-hour session will set you back $49, with full access to the traditional saunas, hot spa, contrast therapy and cold plunge pools.
