The Verdict

The Surfers Paradise Hilton has just undergone a massive $9M facelift over the past few months and Ms Margot's is one of the gorgeous results.

Facing directly onto Orchid Avenue, this white and bright breath of fresh air is just what this bustling street needed. Besides its gorgeous facade, Ms Margot’s is slinging the goods, both in terms of eats and drinks (as the name suggests) and we are seriously impressed.

From antipasto and bao buns to hearty pizzas and sizzling sides, there’s a lot of food on the menu compared to your typical watering hole. And because it’s a bar, we promise you won’t leave thirsty. This baby’s got everything: sparkling, white, red, beer, cocktails, you name it.

Sip on a signature espresso martini or opt for something fancier, like the Garden Of Eve cocktail (Brookies Byron Dry Gin, Elderflower, cucumber juice, lime juice, fresh basil and sugar cane syrup), which is fresh as hell.

There’s also the Bikini Bellini, with Absolut Citron Vodka, Earl Grey syrup, and Prosecco served over Aperol sorbet. Holy yum.

If you’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth, Ms Margot’s also has you covered with some finger-licking desserts like chocolate brownies, churros (um, yes please) and dessert arancini. Oof, we’re already in love.
