Onda has officially joined the lineup at the Palm Beach hub, bringing with it a commitment to nutrition designed with the Gold Coast’s active community in mind. These aren’t your average salads; Onda is serving up protein-rich bowls like the Seoul beef with lettuce, rice, kimchi and gochujang dressing or the miso salmon with brown rice, shiitake mushrooms, edamame, shredded cabbage and avocado. 

There are also larger bowls like the duck leg red curry served on rice noodles or the chicken schnitzel caesar with crispy bacon, with Onda’s menu taking cues from global flavours. 

It’s the perfect addition to the multi-restaurant venue, alongside Italian at Fat Tomato, Asian fusion at Umami, classic American at Luckies Diner and the sweet treats at Scoop Dog Ice Cream.
