Paradox Coffee Roasters Broadbeach

After more than a decade fuelling Surfers Paradise mornings, Paradox Coffee Roasters has officially reopened in Broadbeach, with its brand-new flagship café now open in The Oracle precinct.

Spanning three shopfronts, the light-filled space is designed for everything from quick takeaway coffees to long, leisurely brunches. Inside, you’ll find cosy booth seating, communal tables and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, anchored by Paradox’s signature oval-shaped coffee bar—reimagined for this next chapter. Front and centre sits a custom La Marzocco machine, alongside an innovative batch brew tap system pouring precision-crafted coffees on rotation.

Coffee remains firmly in the spotlight, with Paradox continuing to roast its own beans and push the boundaries with a curated specialty menu. Expect everything from limited-edition frozen single origin V60s to rare small-batch releases and playful, dessert-inspired drinks like strawberry brownie lattes and lychee pavlova lattes. There’s also a rotating cold brew offering for those chasing something refreshing.

On the food front, Head Chef Vivek’s menu brings back favourites alongside new, produce-driven additions. Think chilli scrambled eggs on a chia bagel with fermented chilli labneh, soba noodle salad packed with greens and pickles, and the cult-favourite karaage chicken naani. New dishes like roasted pear granola and miso mushroom with crispy lentil cake round out a menu designed to keep locals coming back.
