Born from Maddi’s love for picnics under fresh air, sunshine and clear blue skies, Piknik appreciates Burleigh’s laidback lifestyle and caters (deliciously) to it. 

Piknik’s sourdough plant-based sandwiches are made fresh in-house daily, so the quality is always jaw-dropping levels of good. Dig into the Chickpea Chuna, with delicious smashed chickpeas, fresh red onion, celery and sprouts, with some mayonnaise for some extra mouth-watering flavour. If chickpeas aren’t for you, rest assured—Piknik has something for everyone’s taste buds. Kickstart your day with the Scrambled Tofu, a fresh blend of revitalising turmeric scrambled tofu, fresh cucumbers, carrot, and crispy lettuce.
