The Gold Coast’s burgeoning coffee scene has just gained a bold newcomer, Profile Coffee Co-Lab. The collaborative coffee space is a bustling espresso bar with the largest selection of specialty coffee on the Gold Coast, showcasing local Gold Coast roasters as well as iconic Australian roasters. We’re listening.

Not only is it a delightful espresso bar, but Profile Coffee Co-Lab prides itself on collaboration over competition, and includes a co-roasting space, coffee training centre, a dedicated cupping room and coffee appreciation courses. The idea for Profile was first born after passionate owners Ben and Patty travelled around South America, fell in love with the coffee culture, and wanted to bring the experience back to Australia.

Profile Coffee Co-Lab is nestled in Burleigh Heads industrial estate and is also the home of Joy Organic Coffee Roasters, a well-renowned organic and fairtrade blend which distributes around Australia.
