Darren McMullen’s Racquet Club is officially opening its first Queensland location at Robina Town Centre in the form of a 13-court venue with all the trimmings.
Swing your way through seven padel courts and six pickleball courts, alongside a pro shop, bar and cafe, undercover areas to relax between hits, showers and private parking for your convenience. Whether you’re a total newbie to the sport or have honestly considered going pro, there’s a session for every pace including casual games, coaching, competitions and purely social rounds.
“We didn’t want to build just another sports centre,” said McMullen. “We wanted to build somewhere people actually want to spend their time, beyond the game.”
“Robina Town Centre was the perfect home for that vision. You can come for a hit, stay for a drink, grab some food, meet your mates and probably end up staying a lot longer than you planned.”
Racquet Club Gold Coast will officially launch on 1 September.
