One of Melbourne’s favourite destinations for all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and hotpot has come to the Gold Coast. Seoul Garden is officially opening its first local outpost at Pacific Fair on 18 December—and it’s a sprawling haven for anyone who loves a long, leisurely feast.

The space leans into soft green hues, dark timber detailing and hints of marbled green throughout, creating a calming, coastal-chic backdrop that feels surprisingly refined for a venue of this size. Inside, you’ll find an all-you-can-eat wonderland where Korean BBQ and bubbling hot pots take centre stage, backed by a lineup of more than two dozen BBQ cuts and a hefty roster of hot pot combinations.

Tables come fitted with built-in grills so you can take matters into your own hands, pairing premium meats with house-made sauces, banchan and whatever else catches your eye from the extensive buffet. Expect to load up on Korean favourites like Japchae, crispy fried chicken and Tteokbokki, plus five soup bases and a cook-to-order noodle bar if you’re chasing something steamy.

With 90 minutes on the clock and prices sitting under $50 per person, it’s the kind of generous spread that suits everything from group catch-ups to family outings. Those after a lighter midday option can skip the grills entirely and hit the weekday lunch buffet, stocked with hot dishes, salads and sweets, all at a budget-friendly price.

A fully stocked bar slings soju cocktails and Korean beers to round out the experience, perfect with all those exciting flavours. Open seven days with spacious seating for up to 200 guests, Seoul Garden is set to become the Gold Coast’s new go-to for Korean BBQ and hot pot—and judging by Australia’s growing obsession with both, it couldn’t have arrived at a better time.
