Forget everything you thought you knew about American food, because St Helens is here to shake things up. Lead by head chef, co-owner and US-native Jess Hayes the beachside restaurant offers an eclectic mix of American favourites with a fresh, refined twist.
Think slow roasted pork shoulder with polenta and peach chutney, vegan mac and cheese with garlic crumb and maple chili chicken wings. Their absolute must eat though, has to be the KFC—Kirra fried cauliflower. It’s a game changer. Save room for dessert too, Grandma’s chocolate pie is melt-in-your mouth amazing!
Tipple-wise, their mixologist is slinging epic cocktails, like the Thruster made with gin, blueberry, tonic and rosemary.
So, pull up a chair, watch the sunset and enjoy the innovative menu.
