Specialises in

  • Recovery
  • Massage

Palm Beach has a new spot for sweating it out, soaking it up and generally getting your life together, minus the wellness homework. Meet The Daily, a very good-looking urban cave decked out in travertine, where a traditional cedar rock sauna, steam room and hot and cold contrast pools invite you to slow down and stay a while.

You’ve got 60 minutes to move between the communal facilities as you please, with cold filtered water and towel hire on hand, or you can book a private infrared sauna session if you prefer your sweat a little more secluded. Massages are also on the way, so watch this space.

The best bit? The Daily isn’t just about the bathhouse; there’s a little cafe attached, too, pouring excellent coffee from Miami’s That’s Whyld Coffee Roasters alongside jaffles, flakey pastries from Fuel Bakehouse and a rather convincing avo toast topped with goat’s cheese, hot honey and chilli.

It’s the sort of place you can pop into for a morning reset and end up catching up with a mate over coffee, which is precisely the point. There’s no prescribed routine or complicated recovery protocol here, just a seriously good space to sweat, soak and switch off.

Casual visits are $40, memberships start at $49 per week, and multi-visit packs, private bookings and ClassPass access are also available. Better yet, a limited-time two-for-one opening special means you can pay for one visit and get two, with both visits yours to use.

Head to The Daily to book your next Palm Beach reset.
