We were abuzz when it was announced Kings of Leon would be headlining Electric Avenue festival in Christchurch, but it turns out that won't be their only New Zealand show next year.

The band have just announced they'll be playing Live At The Domain on Wednesday 24 February, with special guests Ocean Alley. It follows the announcement of the release of their 10th studio album, 'O My Beloved' which drops on 6 November.

Live At The Domain kicked off last year with a killer gig that saw Good Charlotte and Yellowcard play in the central Auckland park. Continuing with the trend of bringing over rock bands, Kings of Leon secure this event's potential status as one to watch for rock fans moving forward.

The band last played in New Zealand in 2022 at Spark Arena across two evenings, supported by The Temper Trap, marking a tradition for bringing top tier Aussie acts with them for their Aotearoa shows. Ocean Alley, meanwhile, are no strangers to the New Zealand music scene, with two other gigs already confirmed for summer: Le Currents in Taupo and Rock The Bowl in New Plymouth.

Pre-sale for Live At The Domain kicks off Wednesday 21 October at 6pm, with general on-sale on Thursday 27 October at 1pm. Head to livenation.co.nz for more info.
