What's On

Heads Up, Auckland Is Getting A Decadent Chocolate And Coffee Festival

16th Oct 2020

Broken up bars of chocolate rest on slate with a spoonful of cocoa powder and coffee beans and hazelnuts around.

Prep your bodies for a weekend of pure indulgence—The Chocolate And Coffee Show is back in Auckland to celebrate its seventh birthday, and frankly it couldn't come at a better time.

As proof that coffee and chocolate make the most decadent of pairings—New Zealand’s finest coffee makers, chocolatiers and culinary masters are joining their sweet and aromatic forces together and turning The Cloud into a Willy Wonka factory (minus the questionable Oompa Loompa labour policies).

Featuring nothing but the best, over 50 exhibitors will be working their magic and providing Aucklanders with premium coffee, choc and street food. Bring it on.

So who's coming? For the chocolate lovers, prepare to send your taste buds into overdrive with the winners of the New Zealand Choc Awards 2020, Foundry Chocolate and Hogarth Craft Chocolate, as well as the likes of Kapiti Chocolate Factory and the south island's Schoc Chocolate in attendance. Those with a love for the delicate art of coffee roasting will be thrilled by the likes of Havana Coffee, Samaori and the Black and White Coffee Cartel.

There'll be an opportunity to take part in a choc masterclass where you can learn how to make your own chocolate bar with tips and tricks from the industry led by a choc connoisseur, and even a chocolate and wine pairing session with NZ’s only Master Sommelier. That's a big yes from us.

Snap up your tickets, clear your calendars, bring your comfy pants and make your caffeinated chocolate and coffee dreams come true this November.
