The Verdict
Named after the Bolaven Plateau (where the French first planted coffee in Laos), Mt Eden’s Bolaven showcases the best of Laos cuisine in their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Start your day with a Loatian cured salmon bagel, or Grandpa’s Pho, their speciality. Eighthirty coffee is in the grinder, and the maak-lesang (wine) is a mix of international wineries. Dinner includes tofu spring rolls, bing moo pork skewers, and mok pa, steamed lemongrass fish parcels.
