The Verdict

Bonz Cajun Kitchen are introducing Aucklanders to a mashup of American barbecue and authentic Cajun cuisine in Elliott Stables. Their menu is made for sharing—think buffalo wings, Cajun snapper sliders, and jambalaya. Bonz Cajun Kitchen’s babyback ribs are rubbed with a Kentucky spice blend and lathered in their homemade barbecue sauce—you’ll won’t to bring your appetite for this one, and maybe a couple of wet wipes.
