The Verdict
Nestled in the metropolitan crux of central Auckland burb Grafton, Ceremony Company is taking the sandwich zeitgeist to new heights. With a delectable array of lovingly crafted creations (best devoured with a double shot of Flight Coffee goodness), the aptly named Ceremony is just as the name depicts—a warm space and place for like-minded individuals to stop and take a moment to celebrate the simple things done well.
Our favourite is the #2—a pork and fennel sausage ensemble doused generously with Cheddar, Slaw, Sriracha mayo and a gooey over easy egg, all between abrioche bun. Chased down with a velvety, rich flat white as the communal in-house record player turns—a ceremonial occasion awaits all.
