The Verdict
Auckland isn’t short of excellent noodle establishments, but Ponsonby’s Chop Chop is one of the best noodle-centric restaurants in town. Chop Chop is another joint venture by restaurateur Mark Wallbank and chef extraordinaire, Che Barrington. Get your booty on a stool at the Chop Chop bar and order a bowl of steaming hot ramen, or crispy fried chicken with crazy hot sauce.
