The Verdict
In 2006, Tony Stewart transformed a characterless Freemans Bay warehouse into a fiercely glamourous restaurant and bar space. Clooney’s Executive Chef, Des Harris’ recipe expertise lies in the weird and the wonderful, so expect some innovative dishes.
The current seven course tasting menu contains intriguing flavours such as lamb, caramelised yogurt, nettle and sunflower, and valrhona, verjus, violet and pomegranate—impressive stuff!
