Coley & Punch
The Verdict
When all you want (and need) is a stiff drink at a proper bar, Coley & Punch is where you should go. This newly opened bar on Princes Wharf is named after Ada Coleman, the legendary bartender who wo-manned the Savoy Hotel’s bar in London during the early 1900s.
‘Coley’ was a hit with celebs, politicians, royals, and actors, shaking up her famous Hanky Panky cocktail (vermouth, dry gin, Fernet Branca, and an orange twist), which you can now try at Coley & Punch for yourself. Coley & Punch also have an impressive selection of 250 whiskies, a wicked punch line up, and delicious nibbles—charcuterie boards, whipped goats curd grissini, and fennel cured pork scratchings—in case you get a bit peckish.
