The Verdict

After much speculation, it's been confirmed that Karangahape and Eastridge dessert fave The Pie Piper and Doornuts has closed its doors for good. The pressures of Covid lockdowns proved too much to keep the business afloat and while our hearts are broken, we're sure we'll see them rise in another form sometime in the future. Thanks for all the good times Pie Piper, you'll be sorely missed.
