Flash City is a walk-in only double-whammy. A barber shop and tattoo parlour located on Ponsonby Road.
Their two handsome barbers, Tim and Jase, work Tuesday through Sunday, and offer ice-cold Coopers for their Thursday late-night sessions absolutely FREE. Can I get a whoop-whoop!?
