Food stalls are popping up all over the city, but Judge Bao continues to be a solid standout, and one of the best bao-making peeps in Auckland. Combining traditional flavours with a modern twist, Judge Bao duo, Jamie and Debbie sandwich hand-rolled, steamed bao between gorious fillings. We love their 'Black Betty' creation starring black vinegar-braised pork with sesame and spring onion—yum!
