The Verdict

Attention North Shore fitness fiends, you can finally get your Reformer Pilates fix close to home. Having recently opened in Smales Farm (near famed foodie joint Goodside Eatery), Kcöre truly levels-up the typical Pilates experience with modern, premium amenities, top-of-the-line equipment and highly-trained instructors.

Offering 8–10 classers per day, there’s no excuse to getting your session in. The 45-minute classes are designed around a full-body workout in order to give you a leaner figure, muscles, increased strength, flexibility and balance. The team offer private sessions, group classes as well as pre and postnatal classes.

Kcöre is founded by Kate Benefield, who holds numerous certifications in Pilates as well as a Degree in Biomedical Science—so let’s just say she knows what it takes to achieve your health goals. Together with her expert team of highly trained instructors, they will help guide you in your fitness journey, whether you’re a beginner or advanced.

Slip on your activewear and kick off your Kcöre experience with their intro offer, which is five classes for only $55—valid for two weeks. What’s more, if you’re city-side, Kcöre also has a central location at Victoria Park Market.

After your 45-minutes of serenity and sweat are up, indulge in their luxury amenities like designer bathrooms with supplied bath towels, hairdryers, and straighteners. Our advice? Spruce yourself up and pop next-door for a bite from &Sushi or Ripe Deli. We’re calling it—this is officially the perfect wellness outing.
