Head to Lola Rouge for pan-Asian eats whipped up with the utmost finesse.

As of November '24, this gorgeous restaurant hidden within the capital's Naumi Hotel has a brand new Executive Chef by the name of Jason Ng, and his debut menu sure is turning heads.

Drawing inspiration from Ng's childhood, at Lola Rouge it's all about the details, executed with just the right amount of drama. Take the steamed market fish—it's infused with not one but several different types of soy sauce including one imported from Taiwan just for the occasion.

Plant-based punters won't be left hungry, either, with kimchi croquettes and a new-look mapu tofu in the form of a Japanese egg custard spiked with a hearty amount of doubanjiang chilli bean paste.

Dessert is a wonderland in its own right, with a twisted Fillipo doughnut called 'Bicho Bicho', a dark chocolate mousse with mandarin and the creamiest of burnt cheesecakes that's reminiscent of Thai iced tea. Enjoy with a several crowd-pleasing cocktails and you've got yourself one helluva night.

Make the most of the stagger distance by flopping into a bed at Naumi Hotel afterwards. That's got to be The Good Life incarnate.
