Auckland cafe Richmond Road Cafe is a staple on, you guessed it, Richmond Road in Grey Lynn. The spacious deck allows an ever flowing stream of diners to bask in the sun while perusing a menu chock full of hip new seasonal meals, coffees, sweet treats and libations.
The Richmond Road Café menu boasts all day fare. It’s non-discriminatory towards those who opt for a Wagyu burger with Brussel sprout slaw at 11am, or pancakes with orange mousse and ginger syrup at 2pm. You really can’t go wrong. It only takes looking around at the steady crowd of locals to realize that Richmond Road Café is the star of the neighbourhood.
