Change the lyrics of ‘Diamonds and Rubies’ to ‘Champagne and Oysters’ and you have summed up Rockerfeller, which takes pride in serving us (exactly) these favourite things. This new addition snuggled on Fanshawe Street serves its signature oysters both fried and natural, with Leigh Fisheries hauling in fresh ones for our consumption every morning. Nothing suits fresh like a lil bit of fancy, which is in the form of Rockefeller having over 40 types of champagne to choose from—pinky out please!
