The Verdict
Cocktails are best enjoyed with a view and no one knows this better than waterfront bar Sardine. The funky little bar sees patrons packing in like sardines—hence the name. Here you’ll find wine, beer and a whooole lot of cocktails. You can have your fave cocktail custom-made or opt for one of their delicious creations—we’re all about ‘the prior’ with kiwifruit, vodka, honey, Tail basil, egg white and house-made aloe vera soda.
