The Verdict
Siostra is owned and run by Esther and Beki Lamb, two sisters with a love for good food, great drinks and top-notch service. The Grey Lynn restaurant dishes out a range of scrumptious dishes including charcuterie, spiced lamb ribs and pumpkin tortelloni as well as their Tuesday night burger specials (past creations include pork schnitzel, teriyaki chicken and a blue cheese and venison burger). To top things off, Siostra also stock an excellent wine and cocktails list and their Slow Cooked Sunday dinner is a must-try for every Aucklander.
