Jordan Rondel aka The Caker bakes some of Auckland’s best and most photogenic cakes. These beauties are often adorned organically with edible flowers. Each piece by The Caker is truly a work of art and ideal for any special occasion you may have coming up. The is an emphasis on healthier ingredients including unrefined sugars and spelt flours which are lower in gluten and easier for digestion. Pop into The Caker’s tiny K-Road flagship store, or stop by her convenient window on Vulcan Lane to grab a slice or to order and pick up full cakes.
