Wining and dinning is fun and stuff but sometimes you just want a good ol’ serve of fish’n’chips. Hillsborough’s The Chipper serves up ya classic Kiwi fish’and’chips in style. At the upmarket takeaway joint you’ll find fresh beer-battered fish (alternatively choose to have yours Panko crumbed or grilled) and chunky, hand-cut fries. Their mouth-watering range of burgers are better than your average with toppings such as avocado, streaky bacon, beetroot and jalapeno. And, rest assured, the menu also features everyone’s favourite pineapple fritters.
