The Verdict
Say hello to your new after-work haunt and music venue…Underpass! Taking inspo from the Berlin bar scene, the former carpark has been transformed into an inner CBD bar specialising in after-work drinks and eats as well as late-night entertainment. Music is at the heart of the underground bar with an events’ calendar packed with live music acts and DJs. In terms of eats, Underpass has a street food-esque menu with dishes such as Asian-spiced chicken satay skewers, pork shoulder tacos, fish sliders and Kiwi fave paua fritters. The best part? All dishes are priced under $10! Wash your meal down with one of the many craft beers on offer and you’ll be away laughing.
