What's On

A Huge Banksy Exhibition With 150 Artworks Is Coming To Sydney This Summer

By – who always has time to go to breakfast, no matter how busy she is.

Bringing the spirit of notorious street artist Banksy to a massive exhibition, Sydney's Town Hall will host The Art of Banksy: Without Limits from 24 January 2024, sharing more than 150 pieces and unique installations for the first time in NSW—and tickets are on sale now here.

The Art of Banksy: Without Limits has visited several international and Aussie cities, with many of the mysterious anonymous graffiti artist's most famous works in the form of certified originals, prints, photos, lithographs, sculptures, murals, and video mapping installations.

There's also custom-built experiential areas including an infinity room where you can immerse yourself in Banksy’s most political works, "Dismaland" pieces from Banksy's pop-up Bemusement Park, and a space to spray paint your own t-shirt with a $2 donation to the support the works of the M.V. Louise Michel, a former French navy boat purchased and painted by Banksy himself to rescue refugees trying to cross the Mediterranean.

We feel obligated to tell you that the exhibition is in no way affiliated with Banksy himself—though he has pointed out that he's not the best person to complain about people putting up pictures without permission...
