Today is an exciting day, one that has been in the making for a long time. It has been 11 years since we launched Urban List and our community of more than 3 million—you guys!—have expanded and grown up with us. 

Like everyone, your lives and the things that make them up have continued to shift and evolve. 

In a recent survey we conducted with you, we found out that 44% have kids, are currently pregnant, or are planning on having children in the next 12 months. Even more are the best aunties and uncles going ‘round.

When it came to the #1 source you go to for inspiration when planning what to do with kids in tow, you struggle to find reccos that you not only trust, but are tailored to your own personalities and cultural compass. 

Enter Urban List Fam, a brand new vertical we are so excited to be launching today in partnership with BMW.

A whopping 98% of you said that exposure to rich cultural events and experiences plays an important role in a child’s development. 

83% said you would travel more with kids and eat out more with kids if only you had access to trusted recommendations.

1 in 4 Urban List staff are parents, and even more like to spoil their nieces, nephews and friends’ minis. And we all had one common challenge: there is nothing like Urban List to help find all the foodie, travel and cultural experiences we thrived on, pre-kiddly winks, that are kid-friendly.
