A’mare in Barangaroo brings heartfelt tradition and creative cocktails to the table with Disaronno Amaretto.
Andrea De Lucia, Bar Manager at A’mare, shares: “The first bottle I saw was on my grandfather’s sideboard. I wasn’t allowed to taste it, but I knew it was special. Ever since then, every drop of Disaronno I mix takes me back to that time with him—and to all those afternoons that won’t come back, but will always stay with me.”
Available until December 2025, their exclusive concoctions include The Immortal Flame, a refined, citrusy blend of Disaronno, Aperol and Carpano dry vermouth with hibiscus tea, and The Eternal Bloom, a complex mix of Disaronno, mezcal Doba-Yej and Crème de Violette with raspberries, dragon fruit syrup and fresh citrus, topped off with foamer for a perfectly balanced, aromatic finish.

Sip your Disaronno at Cumberland in Manly, where you step into an underground speakeasy that brings the atmosphere of historic charm and contemporary craft.
Available until December 2025, this venue offers three unique Disaronno cocktails crafted to delight. The Mount Etna is a strong, smoky blend of Amaro Nonino and Sazerac rye with chocolate bitters, saline almond and cherry wood smoke, while the Luna Rossa is a bright and exotic sip layered with pineapple, blood orange and nutmeg. To top things off, they're also pouring a reimagined Amaretto Sour with fresh lemon juice, sugar and bitters.

Aster bar in Sydney presents three Disaronno cocktails as part of their celebration of 500 years of Italian style.
Available for a limited time until Jan 2025 are the Disaronno Solara, which features a kumquat citrus blend and spicy pineapple soda, the Dis-Co, a striking blend of Disaronno, Southern Comfort and citrus flavours, and the Disaronno Split, a tropical indulgence with banana, dark rum, rhubarb and vanilla for a smooth, candied flavour.

Grana, Lana and Apollonia, nestled respectively on the ground floor, first floor, and basement of Hinchcliff House, invite you to experience the sun-drenched charm of Italian summer through their exclusive Disaronno cocktail menu.
Available until December 2025, the Saronno Summer trio encapsulates long afternoons, golden light and the soft romance of the season. First off the rank is the Amalfi Ember, which blends select apertivo with flamed orange, fresh lemon candied citrus—comforting with a hint of flame. Next up is the Golden Serenata, a fruity mix of peach, mango and fresh lemon. And finally, the Island Affogato, a creamy, spiced drink with coconut, coffee, chai and orgeat, garnished with salt.
