Two Beloved Sydney Restaurants Are Serving Up Specialty Dishes Paired With Aperol Spritz All June

By Louis Costello

For those living in or around Sydney, it's high time you made a beeline to Marrickville or Bondi Beach to indulge in an aperitivo pairing (think cured Blue Mountain trout and wood-fired pizzas), complete with two Aperol Spritz.

Pepito's and Da Orazio are both serving up their own version of an Aperol Aperitivo pairing, distinct to their respective cuisines—Peruvian and Italian. The specialty menus are fleeting, so have a squiz at the details below to figure out what tickles your fancy.

Until Friday 30 June

Make your way to Da Orazio for a true Bondi experience, complete with wood-fired pizzas in a modern warehouse setup. Italian cuisine never tasted so good when you're in the vicinity of Sydney's most beloved beach.
