There’s A Top-Secret, Neon-Lit Underground Running Rave Happening In Sydney’s Abandoned Tunnels
Runners of Sydney, listen up because trust us, you haven’t seen a high-energy running event like this one before. The crew behind Australia’s sneaker king, Foot Locker, have linked up with the Swiss performance brand On to give us an entirely new running event that sits in its own league—and for good reason. They’re calling it: Fast Lane.
No, it’s not just a race. It’s not even about chasing that PB you’ve been gunning for. It’s a primo, invite-only 5km run that snakes through Sydney’s long-abandoned network of tunnels that lie underneath Wynyard Station on Thursday 21 May from 6pm.
Running the top-secret track is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Fast Lane experience. There’ll be live DJs on the decks for the ultimate underground rave energy; a slick bar handing out free drinks, running snacks and epic merch; and if you’re impartial to a post-run Strava snap, the team have set up a dedicated spot to capture the sweaty, kudos-worthy pics.

To score your exclusive spot, all you need to do is visit any Foot Locker spot in Sydney, purchase literally anything your adrenaline-fuelled heart desires, then jump online to fill out the entry form and upload your receipt. It’s that easy.
