Here at Urban List, we're passionate about Sydney's local businesses and we're equally passionate about happy hour too. So to combine these two loves and celebrate shopping locally and supporting small businesses, we've teamed up with American Express in conjunction with their Shop Small campaign to create a month-long shop small celebration dubbed Happiest Hours—over 40 Sydney small businesses serving up over 40 sweet deals.

To help guide you through the stacked list of bar, restaurant and retail offers, we’ve combed through the lineup of food and drink offers to select our top picks. Read on to find out where we’ll be sipping and dipping with our crew in the lead-up to summer via these incredible Happiest Hours offers.

When it comes to cheap drinks, we can’t resist—especially when the beers are at a basement price of $2. Yes, really. On Sunday, 13 November, our pals at Shady Pines will be slinging $2 tinnies to the masses for what’s sure to be the ultimate Sunday sesh. More of a margarita fan? Tios has your back with $10 margs throughout November.

If you want to take your pooch to the pub, The Carrington will give your beloved best mate a free doggy dish to get them in on the action. Or, you can level up your lunch via a Vegan Van Gough sanga and pink soda for $20 from sambo experts, South Dowling Sandwiches.

It doesn’t stop there. $20 will also get you an Archie Rose cocktail and gnocchi fritto from Bartolo Wine Room; a large pizza from Arthur’s Pizza; a glass of biodynamic wine and an aperitivo dish from House Bar and Bistro; or two Aperol spritzes from The Tilbury. How good.

Keen to make your way through the whole list of our Happies

t Hours? For more information on what’s on offer, head over here.
