Parramatta Lanes Is Bringing 400,000 People, 10 Music Stages And 70+ Food Vendors To Western Sydney

Parramatta's laneways and car parks are about to transform into one of Sydney's biggest free street festivals, with Parramatta Lanes returning for four nights this October.

Expect more than 20 festival sites scattered across the Parramatta CBD, 10 music stages hosting over 400 international, national and local artists, and 70-plus street food vendors — including a solid line-up of local favourites and a few viral TikTok names thrown in.

Beyond the food and music, the festival brings giant art installations, roving entertainment and quirky activations to unexpected corners of the city, turning everyday laneways into full-blown block parties after dark.

Parramatta Lanes has become a genuine showcase of what makes the city tick — its diverse communities, its creative energy and its growing reputation as one of Sydney's leading destinations for entertainment and culture. Last year's event pulled in 400,000 people over four nights, and 2026 is shaping up to be bigger again.

Parramatta Lanes runs from Wednesday October 21 to Saturday October 24, kicking off from 5pm each night across Parramatta CBD.
