The countdown is on to the buzziest event on Sydney/Eora’s running calendar. On Sunday, 30 August, tens of thousands of seasoned runners will tackle the 42.195-kilometres, crossing the finish line at the iconic Sydney Opera House.

But the fun begins well before anyone breaks a sweat.

Leading up to race day, lululemon is hosting an epic line-up of free activations to help you get in the zone. From a pop-up record shop with music and mindset sessions to customised kits, here's everything you need to know about the race-week events.

Print Shop

If you're looking to give your race-week ’fit a little more personality, lululemon's Print Shop is the place to do it.

The Print Shop is open throughout race week, giving you plenty of time to swing by, get creative and put your own spin on your kit. While you’re there, refresh your running kit with their Fast and Free tank top or high-rise shorts from the latest Run Drop.

What's a great run without a great soundtrack?

From Friday 28 August to Sunday 30 August, lululemon's Record Shop is taking over Primhaus in Darlinghurst, creating a space dedicated to music, mindset and your running mantra.

Think Sydney DJs spinning throughout the weekend on the lululemon soundsystem, coffee and somewhere to hang with your crew. You can also lay down your own mantra, customise a record sleeve or simply drop in and soak up the atmosphere.

There are also two programmed moments across the weekend: a hosted session with music curator Derrick Gee and lululemon Ambassador Ryan Mannix, and a Saturday morning Shakeout hosted by lululemon Ambassador Katie Martin featuring Cosmo's Midnight.

The Record Shop itself is free and open to all, with no booking required. Bookings are only needed for the programmed events, which have limited capacity.

All paces are welcome, making this less about chasing a PB and more about getting some easy kilometres in, moving with the community and soaking up the race-week energy.
