The verdict
Formerly The Goodwill Society pop-up, 169 Darlinghurst is the permanent café and rosé bar by the same guys behind Tatler nightclub. They call themselves a ‘lifestyle cafe’ and it isn’t hard to see why, because they have struck a balance between intensely nourishing dishes like the macrobiotic bowl (avocado, grated beetroot, roasted sweet potato, fermented vegetables, cauliflower, aduki beans and tahini dressing) with Pablo & Rusty’s coffee and cocktails to enjoy come evening.
